This Service Bulletin gives the necessary instructions to do the galley modification:
—Structure modification:—Replacement of 8x standard unit P/N DLH 2103-001 (Manufacturer: DRIES-SEN AIRCRAFT INTERIOR SYSTEMS (H1912)) with 2x oven P/N8203-11-0000 (Manufacturer: Sell GmbH (CH550)) in compartments 411/416and 412/417.
—Electrical modification:—Installation of 2x receptacle for 2x oven P/N 8203-11-0000 (Manufacturer:Sell GmbH (CH550)) in compartments 411/416 and 412/417.—Replacement of the electrical panel with a new electrical panel.—Installation of 2x additional circuit breaker to the new electrical panel.
