Installation of a fixture for attachment of rappelling ropes under rear seat in accordance with FAA approved “STC Data Package Master Drawing List”, MTDC-951, Revision B, dated 10/7/97, and “Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Model 206B/L-1/L-3/L-4 and Model 407 with Bell 206/407 Series Helicopter Rappelling Kit”, dated 11/26/97, or later FAA approved revisions.
