PMV Engineering certified LED white/color lighting system intended to provide colored timed lighting scenarios for general cabin illumination.

The modification converts the passenger compartment fluorescent lighting system (fluorescent lamps + ballast units) into a LED lighting system.

By customization of the lighting system architecture, different lighting presentations can be employed simultaneously which are appropriate to the independent activities in each of the cabin zones.

From a safety perspective, the LED lighting system doesn’t affect aircraft control or performance and is not linked with the emergency lighting system. It has also been proven that Fluorescent Floor Path marking performances are not negatively impacted.
